I plan to somewhat replicate the early 30's MG M-Type with open wheels. Newest Member: Tylerted. I have had concerns about the adapter putting to much axial load on the crank, and without the Timken setup, side loading may be to extreme. Harley engine to vw transmission adapter pump. Joined: November 29, 2006. From what I've learned, either the crankshaft pin slipped or the counterbalance sprocket on the crankshaft slipped, both pressed on. Its nice to see he has family support too.
