Please Read All The Negative Than Anything Positive. Because I bought it at a '3rd party retailer', My Pillow refused to honor their guarantee, which is just as well considering they will not give refunds, only exchanges. A sad $50 lesson learned.... Compelled to write this review after another morning waking up with terrible neck pain. It is very hard to find a place who would take a mattress especially after you pay $1. Whiplash with a side of bulging disks in my cirvical spine. I got a cheap cotton bag with shredded foam in it that is junk. Received the new Bath Towels. When these pillows first went in the stores and on tv they weren't even a third of the price they are charging i say more?? I guess that's imported. I was told there is a certain way you have to fluff them. The pillow is so thick that it threw my body out of alignment and I woke up in terrible pain. I woke up like this t shirt. I could loosen the tie or unbutton some of the clothing if I requested it. TV commercials are all LIES.
Husband bought it for me because of my frequent headaches and neck soreness, but it felt like there were 5 cotton balls and 3 feathers inside of the pillow. It is super comfy, very supportive, and I recommend it to anyone that is suffering from any type of back pain. I bought My Pillow forbover $40. He's ambivelant, to be fair. I am constantly adjusting them all night.
