You need to send the unit back to Alpine. I've scheduled an appt with dealer and they will be charging me $140 to diagnose. Any thoughts on this, or has anyone else experienced this? Read other mapping databases or video DVDs. It sort of froze up, then it told me to check if the disc was dirty or damaged.
