Ray Thomas Potts, 91, of Franklin, N. C., passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022, after a period of declining health. She was preceded in death by her husband, Parker L. Cheely (July 27, 1935 - December 17, 2001). Pallbearers will be Noel Resto III, Luis Aragon, Raymond Aragon, Willy Aragon, Bryan Arguello and Clarence Parks.
