Yea that is my thoughts, that the pins should be right out, odd that they are all stuck in though? If they can't fix the door without opening it first, they will carefully use tools to pry the door open without further damaging the system. Argh, ive now spaced both bits out a fair bit, but the contacts are now deffinatly touching, but it's not working correctly.
